Reschedule All reservations have to be reconfirmed at least 24 hours before your scheduled departure or arrival. Failure to do so means cancellations of reservations and t2thailand.com does not and cannot guarantee cancelled reservations can be rescheduled. 6. Cancellation and refunds Only cancellation of reservations that have not passed the cancellation period will be entertained. Based on the cancellation period set by the supplier, there is a corresponding cancellation charge that is calculated as a percentage of the product and/or service priced. The user will be given the refund with the full reservation price less five percent bank transaction fee and cancellation charge. 7. Delivery t2thailand guarantees on time delivery. In case where your delivery address is not in any of t2thailand's cities for delivery, please e-mail us to process your order. 8.
